Gorgeous Edwardian antique brooch in 14k gold topped with platinum. The openwork filigree design is beautifully detailed and crisp, with a design of tiny flowers. Three round cut sapphires are bezel-set in this brooch, each with a beautiful sky blue color. These sapphires are untreated, so their lovely color is completely natural! An excellent example of fine craftsmanship from the early 20th century by Krementz. Wear on your lapel, a hat, on a chain as a pendant, or on a scarf-- there are so many styling possibilities for this fabulous brooch! Sapphires measure 3.2 mm diameter each, approx. .5 cts total.
