Vintage Old Mine Cut Ring Sz 8 3/4 14k

Vintage ring with an asymmetric openwork design reminiscent of dancing, rippling water. Set with a chunky old mine cut antique diamond that fits beautifully into the design- cut by hand, long before the emergence of modern diamond-cutting technology- with its imperfect-but-charming shape and asymmetry to the facets. In the light, the diamond sparkles with that antique charm, pairing perfectly with the organic, smooth shapes of the band glowing and shining. Approx 14.6 mm width in front, 8 mm in back. Diamond is approx 0.20 cts. 

Unmarked, tested 14k gold. In good condition.
