Ready-to-ship jewelry has a processing time of 1-4 business days.
Our made-to-order collection has a production lead time of 2-4 weeks. These pieces are crafted specifically for you by our team of artisan jewelers. Up-to-date lead times are available in the product
descriptions. We may reach out to you personally with additional updates on your order.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they will be shipped together when all items are ready.

Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a molimo jewelry box. For privacy and safety, we use shipping boxes without branding on the outside. Pricing details are not included in the package, making every order gift-ready.

All of our shipping is fully insured. Our default domestic standard shipping is shipped via USPS. Purchases above the USPS insurance limit ($5000 USD) are shipped with UPS. Options to ship via other carriers are also available at checkout.

Please understand that certain styles cannot be resized due to design constraints.
Each of your fingers may have a different size. Your ideal ring size may also vary slightly depending on the width of the ring. We encourage you to reach out to us through our contact form for guidance on choosing the right size for you.

While we generally list our most popular sizes online, we offer a full inclusive size range for our in-house studio molimo designs (larger sizes, smaller sizes, and half sizes).
To place an order in your size, select the closest size from the drop-down menu and leave us a note at checkout with your specific size requirements.
Please note that made-to-order pieces are ineligible for returns, so please ensure that you select your size correctly!
