return requests 
To start a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving a return label.

Once the item is received, please allow 1-2 days for us to process your return. We will send a refund to your original payment method, minus a 6% restocking fee. This restocking fee helps to cover transaction and shipping fees. Store credit is also available for the amount of your purchase, minus return shipping fees. 

Return eligibility: Returns are only accepted on purchases made through our website, molimojewelry.com. Purchases made through our IG/Facebook shop are final sale. Discounted, re-sized, personalized, and made-to-order are final sale. We're always happy to answer any questions or provide additional details, photos, or videos to help you make a decision prior to purchase!

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be issued after the item(s) has been returned to us and has passed inspection. If the item(s) have been damaged, we will deduct the cost of the damage from the refund. 

We strongly recommend that customers add insurance to return packages to avoid liability for potential losses or damages that may occur during transit. Please contact your local post office to review insurance options.

damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note all vintage jewelry and watches are sold in as-is condition, and scratches, patina, tarnishing, and signs of wear are all considered normal for pre-owned pieces.

cancellation requests 
Cancelled orders will have a 5% restocking fee. This is to cover the cost of transaction fees, which are charged upon the placing of an order. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled- please contact us for a return after the order is received.

non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on layaways, sale items, and customized or personalized orders (including resizing).

exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. A 6% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund, and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We do not issue partial refunds for any reason, and we do not issue refunds when the item has not been returned.
