The Santos Galbée offers a refined, low profile silhouette that redefined the Santos' aesthetic upon its introduction in 1987. Departing from the flat profile and industrial geometry of the original Santos, the Galbée (French for curved or contoured) boasts softer edges and features ergonomically arched (5.9mm thick) case and lugs, designed to hug the wrist for a more comfortable fit.

The quartz movement models of this watch were produced from 1987 through the early 2000s.
