Payments & shipping
What payment methods can I use?
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, etc), PayPal, and are partnered with ShopPay for flexible payment options. We also have layaway plans available, please contact us for more information.
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship jewelry has a processing time of 1-4 business days.
Our made-to-order collection has a production lead time of 2-4 weeks. These pieces are crafted specifically for you by our team of artisan jewelers. Up-to-date lead times are available in the product descriptions. We may reach out to you personally with additional updates on your order.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they will be shipped together when all items are ready.
How is your jewelry packaged?
Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a molimo jewelry box. For privacy and safety, we use shipping boxes without branding on the outside. Pricing details are not included in the package, making every order gift-ready.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Our default domestic standard shipping is shipped via USPS, fully insured. Purchases above the USPS insurance limit are shipped with UPS by default. Options to ship via other carriers are also available at checkout, and will also be fully insured.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! International shipping options are available at checkout, and if your preferred courier is not available, please contact us. Please note that we do not collect any international duties at time of purchase, and we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by your country at delivery.

Can I see your jewelry in-person?
We participate in pop-ups and shows where you can come try on pieces in person! Please see our Events page for our calendar.
How do I find my ring size?
All sizing on our site is in US/North American sizes. Ring sizers can be purchased online, or visit our ring sizing page for measuring instructions!
Please understand that certain styles cannot be resized due to design constraints.
Each of your fingers will have a different size. Your ideal ring size may also vary slightly depending on the width of the ring. We encourage you to reach out to us through our contact form for guidance on choosing the right size for you.
What if my ring size isn't listed?
While we generally list our most popular sizes online, we offer a full inclusive size range for our in-house studio molimo designs (larger sizes, smaller sizes, and half sizes).
To place an order in your size, select the closest size from the drop-down menu and leave us a note at checkout with your specific size requirements.
Please note that made-to-order pieces are ineligible for returns, so please ensure that you select your size correctly!

What is studio molimo and what is molimo vintage?
studio molimo is our in-house collection, designed to bridge the past and present, and intentional even in the small details. each piece is made in small batches locally in Los Angeles by our team of skilled artisans, using recycled, reclaimed, and responsibly sourced materials.

Customization & resizing
Do you offer ring resizing?
Yes, we can resize most rings within 2-3 sizes. Please reach out to us with the item you're interested in and the size you require. We will confirm whether the sizing is feasible and provide you a quote for labor.
Can I adjust the length of a necklace or bracelet?
We are able to shorten most chains to your preferred fit. Please contact us for more details.
Can you do custom work?
Yes! We're happy to offer customization options on our studio pieces, such as metal options, engraving, or stone options. Please reach out to us to discuss a bespoke order!
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
We offer warranty on only our studio molimo designs. molimo guarantees the integrity of all of its in-house designs with a one (1) year warranty from purchase date.

Our in-house designs are cast and crafted locally in Los Angeles by our team of skilled artisans.
What is the impact of vintage jewelry?
We consider vintage jewelry to have a low environmental impact as the pieces have already been made, requiring no new mining.
How do you address sustainability in making jewelry?
We use a combination of reclaimed, recycled, and responsibly sourced materials in the creation of our jewelry. Our goal is to lessen the environmental toll of modern large-scale mining projects and support artisanal mining communities as much as possible.
Returns
What products are final sale?
Discounted items, made-to-order items, and custom designs are final sale. We are always happy to send additional photos, details, and discuss your questions prior to purchase!
What is your return policy?
Please request a return within five (5) business days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 6% restocking fee, which helps to cover transaction and shipping fees.
