warranty

We only offer warranty on our studio molimo designs. molimo guarantees the integrity of all of our in-house designs with a one (1) year warranty from purchase date.

We are committed to producing fine jewelry crafted to stand the test of time, and are confident in the quality of our products. Should repairs be needed for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry, please reach out to us through our contact form, providing your order number in your warranty claim, and we will be in touch with next steps!

Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items and normal wear and tear (such as scratches to metals or gemstones, or tarnishing of metals). Damage resulting from improper care such as exposure to chemicals or excessive force is also excluded from our warranty. Additionally, alterations performed on your ring by a third party jeweler outside of molimo will void our warranty.

By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Return of affected product:
If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the affected product to us for quality assurance review and testing before a final resolution is reached. If your warranty submission is approved, we will repair your original item to resolve all issues/defects. If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement. molimo retains sole discretion in determining whether an item is repaired or replaced.

2. No refunds or exchanges: 
Warranty claims are for the repair or replacement of the specific item purchased. We do not offer refunds, or exchanges for different styles, sizes, or materials.

3. Third-party alteration:
Any alterations or repairs performed by an outside jeweler will void your molimo warranty. molimo does not accept warranty claims with post-purchase alterations.
